Buyer and anyone claiming on behalf of Buyer releases and forever discharges Royal Kings Consulting, L.L.C. and its affiliates, successors and assigns, officers, employees, representatives, partners, agents and anyone claiming through them (collectively, the “Released Parties”), in their individual and/or corporate capacities from any and all claims, liabilities, obligations, promises, agreements, disputes, demands, damages, causes of action of any nature and kind, known or unknown, which the Buyer has or ever had or may in the future have against Royal Kings Consulting, L.L.C. or any of the released parties arising relating to Consulting Services.

​This Service Agreement establishes the entire agreement between both parties and supersedes any and all prior oral or written agreements or understandings between the parties concerning the subject matter of this Service Agreement. This Service Agreement may not be altered, amended or modified, except by a written document signed by both parties. The terms of this Release shall be governed by and in accordance with the laws of the State.

Buyer agrees to pay all fees and charges specified when signed up for Rapid Business Startup Services and any part thereof. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. sales, use, or value-added tax), unless otherwise stated, and you are solely responsible for the payment of any such taxes that may be imposed on your use of the Service.

Buyer has a right to review all aspects of this Service Agreement.  Buyer has carefully read and fully understand all provisions of the Service Agreement and is knowingly and voluntarily entering into this Service Agreement with Royal Kings Consulting, L.L.C.

Royal Kings Consulting, L.L.C. shall have no responsibility or liability in relation to the provision, quality or functionality of Services performed by the Secretary of State other than in relation to business license registration activities performed by Royal Kings Consulting, L.L.C. on behalf of the Buyer.
